Limits

What a workspace can use, and what happens at the limit.

Settings → Limits shows every limit of your workspace and how much of it is in use. Limits come from your plan. Among them:

  • the largest CPU and memory per instance
  • the total CPU, memory and storage across all running instances
  • the most instances per region
  • the number of custom domains
  • whether team members are included
  • how many days runtime logs, request logs and audit logs are kept
  • how many builds can run at once, which is one on every plan right now

At the limit

A deployment that would go over a limit fails, and its page says which limit it hit. Running deployments are not affected. Adding a custom domain beyond the limit fails with custom_domain_limit_exceeded.

To get more, choose a larger plan under Settings → Billing, or free up resources, for example by stopping preview deployments you no longer need.
